In the Mashpee real estate market in 2014, there were 234 single family homes sold, 173 condominiums sold, and 11 lots of land sold.  This report does not include multi-family properties that sold nor commercial properties sold in 2014 in Mashpee.

 

The average closed price of the single family homes in Mashpee was $569,042. The average closed price of the condos was $332,182.  The average cost of land inMashpee was $175,455.

 

The properties in each category were on the market for an average of 199, 140, and 239 days respectively.  Most of the single family homes were 3 bedrooms.  Most of the condominium units that sold in Mashpee had at least two bedrooms.

 

The average living space for the single family homes was 2011 square feet. The average living space for the Mashpee condo units was 1637 square feet.  The lots averaged under an acre of land.

 

There were 36 properties that sold above $1,000,000. Over 40 single family homes sold in 2014 that were over $500,000 and less than a million dollars. The 36 condos that sold in Mashpee had prices ranging from $95,000 to $1,600,000.  The lot prices ranged from $87,500 to $399,000.
